Thank you for using Canais TV (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how CHRX handles information when you use the Android and iOS versions of the App.

The App does not require account registration or login. By installing or using Canais TV, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Canais TV

Canais TV is an informational app for Brazilian TV programming. It shows channel categories, schedules, what is currently on air, channel search, and favorites. Programming content is obtained through data services operated by CHRX and displayed for personal reference.

2. Data Displayed in the App

The App displays TV programming information, including:

• Channel and category names (movies, series, sports, broadcast TV, etc.)
• Program titles, times, and on-air indicators
• Channel logos or images when available from data servers

This information is informational in nature. CHRX acts as a display intermediary. Processing manifestly public programming data is consistent with LGPD, subject to data subjects' rights.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

To operate the App, we may store the following only on your device, without a CHRX user account server:

• Favorites: channels you mark with the heart icon (identifier, name, and channel image URL)
• Preferences: optional display name for the greeting, light/dark/system theme, and category used for the “On air now” section on the home screen
• Widget (Android): cached copy of favorites' current programming for the home screen widget

On Android and iOS, these preferences use local system storage (SharedPreferences / equivalent Flutter storage). This data is not sold and is not used to identify you outside your device, except when synced locally with the widget on the same device.

4. Automatically Processed Data & Third Parties

4.1 Internet Connection

The App requires internet access to load categories, channels, schedules, and images. Requests are sent to data servers required for functionality. Without a connection, some content may be unavailable.

4.2 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Android and iOS versions of Canais TV display ads through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), including banner and native formats on App screens (except the Settings screen).

Google may collect and process, as an independent controller, data such as:

• Advertising ID (AAID / AD ID on Android; equivalent identifier on iOS, per system permissions)
• IP address and device information
• Ad interactions (impressions, clicks)
• Data for measurement, ad personalization (where permitted), and fraud prevention

5. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect name, email, or password for App use (no account)
• We do not collect precise location (GPS)
• We do not access camera, microphone, contacts, or the user's photo library
• We do not sell users' personal data
• We do not use third-party artificial intelligence services to process users' personal data

6. Permissions & Platform Features

Android (Google Play)

• Internet: load programming, channel images, and ads.
• AD_ID / ad services: required by the Google AdMob SDK for ad delivery and measurement, per Google Play policies.
• Home screen widget: optional display of favorite channels and current programming; data read from the app's local storage.

The App does not request location, broad storage, camera, or microphone permissions for core use.

iOS (App Store)

• The App uses network access to fetch informational content and display AdMob ads.
• Depending on version and system settings, consent related to advertising tracking (App Tracking Transparency) may be requested, per Apple and Google policies.

App Store Connect Privacy Nutrition Labels should reflect: minimal collection by CHRX; local preferences on device; advertising data processed by Google AdMob.

7. How We Use Information

• Display TV programming, categories, search, and favorites
• Save local preferences (appearance, greeting name, favorites, widget)
• Display ads (Google AdMob)
• Maintain App security and stability
• Respond to support requests and data subject rights
• Comply with legal obligations

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Google (AdMob) — advertising and measurement
• Infrastructure providers — hosting of programming data services, when applicable

We may disclose information if required by law or court order.

9. Security & Retention

We use reasonable measures to protect the App. Communications with external servers use HTTPS when available. Preference data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data in system settings.

• Local preferences and favorites: until uninstall or app data clear
• Ad data: retained by Google per Google's policies
• Support emails: kept as needed to respond and meet legal obligations

10. Data Deletion

Because there is no user account:

• Uninstall the App — removes favorites and local preferences from your device
• Android: clear app storage or remove the home screen widget before uninstalling, if you wish
• iOS: uninstalling removes local app data
• Email: to delete support correspondence data, contact suporte@chrx.com.br

Advertising data processed by Google should also be managed through Google's tools listed above.

11. Payments

Canais TV is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases (IAP) operated by CHRX in the current version.

12. Artificial Intelligence

Canais TV does not use third-party AI services to process users' personal data. If AI features are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

13. International Data Transfers

Providers such as Google may process data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, their safeguards and policies apply, along with LGPD where applicable.

14. Your Privacy Rights (LGPD, GDPR, CCPA)

Under LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, and information about sharing by contacting suporte@chrx.com.br.

EEA, UK, or California residents may exercise additional rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA through the same channel. We do not sell personal information.

15. Children's Privacy

The App is informational and intended for the general public interested in TV programming. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents or guardians should supervise use of the App and displayed ads.

16. Store Compliance (2026)

• Google Play: the app contains ads; the Play Console Data safety section should reflect AdMob SDK collection (identifiers, ad diagnostics, per Google's official questionnaire).
• Apple App Store: use this policy URL in App Privacy; declare minimal CHRX collection, local device data, and advertising via Google AdMob.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Canais TV, available on Android and iOS, developed by CHRX.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Canais TV provides access to Brazilian television programming: channel categories, schedules, what is on air, search, favorites, and on Android an optional home screen widget. The service depends on an internet connection and programming data sources.

3. Content & Sources

Times, program titles, and displayed information are obtained from data services operated for the App. CHRX does not guarantee absolute accuracy, continuous real-time updates, or uninterrupted availability. Confirm important times with official broadcaster sources when needed.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, informational purposes. You may not:

• Use the App for unlawful or misleading purposes
• Access systems or APIs in an abusive, automated, or unauthorized manner
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content without permission
• Interfere with the App's operation or security

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Your relationship with Google is governed by Google's terms and policies. TV channel logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Advertising

The App may display Google AdMob ads (banner and native). Ads are identified in the interface when applicable. The Settings screen does not display in-app ad units from CHRX.

7. Intellectual Property

The Canais TV brand, visual identity, and code belong to CHRX, except third-party rights. Broadcaster names, logos, and programming belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. CHRX is not liable for decisions based on displayed information, temporary unavailability, or failures of external programming sources.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms or App features. Material updates may be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, in the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer and privacy laws applicable in your country of residence.
