Thank you for using Vaquejada Score (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how CHRX handles information when you use the Android and iOS versions of the App.

The App does not require account registration or login. By installing or using Vaquejada Score, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Vaquejada Score

Vaquejada Score is an informational app that aggregates vaquejada rankings, event schedules, highlights, and live-streaming information from public, official partner circuits (such as Portal Vaquejada and CNV) and third-party video platforms (for example, YouTube), when available.

2. Data Displayed in the App (Public Information)

The App displays data that is already public on official circuit platforms, including:

• Competitor, team, or horse names, depending on the circuit
• Scores, rankings, and ranking statistics
• Dates, venues, and event details
• Images or photos when provided by official sources
• Links to official websites, ticket/entry sales, or live streams

This data is supplied by third parties (circuits and video platforms). CHRX acts as a display intermediary for informational purposes. Processing manifestly public data is consistent with LGPD, subject to data subjects' rights.

If you are a competitor or data subject shown in the App and want correction or removal, contact us or the circuit responsible for the original source.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

To operate the App, we may store the following only on your device (locally), without a CHRX user account server:

• Dark mode preference
• Whether you completed onboarding (welcome screens)
• Ranking display preferences (for example, selected type and category on iOS)

On Android, preferences use DataStore. On iOS, they use UserDefaults. This data is not sold and is not used to identify you outside your device.

4. Automatically Processed Data & Third Parties

4.1 Internet Connection

The App requires internet access to fetch rankings, events, circuit information, and live-stream status. Requests are sent to official circuit servers and other third-party services required for functionality. When you open external links (in-app browser, Safari, or Chrome), those sites' policies apply.

4.2 Advertising (Android Only)

The Android version of Vaquejada Score shows native ads through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). The iOS version, as of this policy date, does not display AdMob ads.

Google may collect and process, as an independent controller, data such as:

• Advertising ID (AAID / AD ID on Android)
• IP address and device information
• Ad interactions (impressions, clicks)
• Data for measurement, ad personalization (where permitted), and fraud prevention

4.3 YouTube & Video Content

When you watch or open streams hosted on YouTube, data processing is governed by the Google/YouTube Privacy Policy.

5. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect name, email, or password for App use (no account)
• We do not collect precise location (GPS)
• We do not access camera, microphone, contacts, or the user's photo library
• We do not sell users' personal data
• We do not use third-party artificial intelligence services to process users' personal data

6. Permissions & Platform Features

Android (Google Play)

• Internet: load rankings, events, streams, and ads.
• AD_ID / ad services: required by the Google AdMob SDK for ad delivery and measurement, per Google Play policies.

The App does not request location, broad storage, camera, or microphone permissions for core use.

iOS (App Store)

• The App uses network access to fetch informational content.
• It does not use cross-app tracking for advertising (no App Tracking Transparency for ads, as the current iOS version has no AdMob).
• External links may open in the system browser (Safari).

App Store Connect Privacy Nutrition Labels should reflect: minimal collection by CHRX; public third-party data displayed; local preferences on device; third-party ad data on Android only.

7. How We Use Information

• Display vaquejada rankings, events, and informational content
• Save local preferences (appearance, onboarding, filters)
• Display ads on the Android version (AdMob)
• Maintain App security and stability
• Respond to support requests and data subject rights
• Comply with legal obligations

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Google (AdMob) — Android version only, for advertising
• Google / YouTube — when you access streams or links
• Official circuits — the App queries public APIs/sites; we do not send a user profile to them

We may disclose information if required by law or court order.

9. Security & Retention

We use reasonable measures to protect the App. Communications with external servers use HTTPS when provided by sources. Local preference data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data in system settings.

• Local preferences: until uninstall or app data clear
• Ad data: retained by Google per Google's policies
• Support emails: kept as needed to respond and meet legal obligations

10. Data Deletion

Because there is no user account:

• Uninstall the App — removes local preferences from your device
• iOS: you can reset onboarding in Settings; uninstall removes UserDefaults for the app
• Android: clear storage or uninstall removes DataStore data
• Email: to delete support correspondence data, contact vaquejadascore@gmail.com

Advertising data processed by Google should also be managed through Google's tools listed above.

11. Payments

Vaquejada Score is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases (IAP) operated by CHRX in the current version. External links for tickets or entries are handled by third-party websites.

12. Artificial Intelligence

Vaquejada Score does not use third-party AI services to process users' personal data. If AI features are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

13. International Data Transfers

Providers such as Google may process data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, their safeguards and policies apply, along with LGPD where applicable.

14. Your Privacy Rights (LGPD, GDPR, CCPA)

Under LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, and information about sharing by contacting vaquejadascore@gmail.com.

EEA, UK, or California residents may exercise additional rights under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA through the same channel. We do not sell personal information.

15. Children's Privacy

The App is informational and intended for the general public interested in vaquejada. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents or guardians should supervise use of external links and online streams.

16. Store Compliance (2026)

• Google Play: the Android app contains ads; the Play Console Data safety section should reflect AdMob SDK collection (identifiers, ad diagnostics, per Google's official questionnaire).
• Apple App Store: use this policy URL in App Privacy; declare minimal CHRX collection, third-party public data displayed, and no ad tracking on the current iOS build.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vaquejada Score provides informational content about vaquejada: rankings, events, highlights, and references to live streams. The service depends on third-party sources and an internet connection.

3. Public Data & Sources

Information shown (names, scores, rankings, dates, venues, links) comes from public, official sources, primarily Portal Vaquejada and CNV (Circuito Nacional de Vaquejada), plus video platforms when applicable.

CHRX does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or continuous availability of this data. Please confirm important information on official circuit websites.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, informational purposes. You may not:

• Use the App for unlawful or misleading purposes
• Access systems or APIs in an abusive or unauthorized automated manner
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit App content without permission
• Interfere with the App's operation or security

5. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may open circuit websites, YouTube, ticket sellers, or other services. CHRX does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

6. Advertising (Android)

The Android version may display Google AdMob ads. Ads are labeled in the interface. Your relationship with Google is governed by Google's terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vaquejada Score brand, visual identity, and code belong to CHRX, except third-party rights. Circuit logos, names, images, and partner content belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. CHRX is not liable for decisions based on displayed information, temporary unavailability, or failures of external sources.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms or App features. Material updates may be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, in the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer and privacy laws applicable in your country of residence.
