Thank you for using mobile applications published by Nuwe Labs (referred to as "We," "Us," "Developer," or "Our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps.

By downloading, installing, or using any App published by Nuwe Labs, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Our Applications

This policy applies to all mobile applications published by Nuwe Labs. Each app has an app-specific privacy page with details matching its Google Play or App Store listing. Use the app-specific URL in Play Console / App Store Connect for that app — not this general page.

1. Definitions

• You — the individual using our Service.
• We / Us / Developer / Our — Nuwe Labs, as listed on Google Play and the App Store.
• Application / App — any mobile app published by Nuwe Labs that you install on your device.
• Personal Data — information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service — our Application(s).

2. Information We May Collect

Collection varies by app. See the app-specific policy for exact details. Across our apps, we may collect:

Information You Provide

Settings, preferences, goals, and content you enter in the app (e.g. water intake goals, workout data, language). Most apps store this locally on your device. Providing this data is usually optional.

App Permissions

Depending on the app, we may request optional permissions such as:

• Notifications — reminders and alerts
• Health data — Google Fit, Health Connect, or Apple HealthKit (only with your consent, in apps that support it)
• Exact alarms — scheduled reminders (where applicable)

You can revoke permissions at any time in device settings.

Third-Party Login

Some apps work without an account. If login is offered (Google, Apple, etc.), we may receive your account identifier and public profile info only when you choose to sign in.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we may receive app version, OS version, device model, and language. We delete feedback data within 30 days when retained for improvements.

Automatically Collected

Device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, and usage analytics to maintain stability and fix bugs.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may show ads via Google AdMob. Google may collect advertising IDs, IP addresses, and device data for ads, analytics, and fraud prevention. Consent is requested where required.

We may use service providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under contracts that protect your data.

4. How We Use Information

5. Payments

Paid features are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We do not store payment card details.

6. Data Transfer

Data may be processed where Nuwe Labs or its providers operate, including outside your country. We apply appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention and Deletion

• Local data is removed when you uninstall the app or reset in settings.
• Account-linked data can be deleted via in-app settings or our Data Deletion page.
• Feedback is deleted within 30 days when kept for improvements.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method is 100% secure.

9. Artificial Intelligence Services

Some of our apps may integrate third-party artificial intelligence (AI) or machine-learning services (for example, to generate suggestions, summaries, or personalized content). When an app uses such a service, the app-specific privacy policy will disclose:

• The name of the AI provider and whether it processes your data as an independent controller or as our processor
• What data is sent to the AI service (e.g., text you enter, usage patterns) and for what purpose
• Whether your data may be used by the provider to train its models, and how to opt out if supported
• How to obtain your affirmative consent before any AI-based feature that processes personal data is enabled

If a specific app does not use AI services, its app-specific policy will state this explicitly. Check the relevant app page in the table above for details.

10. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our apps or website.

11. GDPR (EEA / UK)

You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing. Contact nuwelabs@gmail.com.

12. California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may request access, deletion, or opt-out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Contact nuwelabs@gmail.com or see Data Deletion.

13. Brazil (LGPD) — Encarregado de Dados

Under the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018), Brazilian data subjects (titulares) have the right to confirm the existence of processing, and to access, correct, anonymize, port, or request deletion of their personal data, among other rights listed in Art. 18 of the LGPD.

Requests and communications regarding the processing of personal data by Nuwe Labs should be directed to our designated Encarregado (DPO), identified at the top of this page, via nuwelabs@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by the LGPD and ANPD regulations.

14. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. Contact us if a child provided data without consent: nuwelabs@gmail.com.

15. Policy Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
